Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but you are not required to.

You withdraw from contracts in your account with the function on this page. If you use this online function, we send you, without delay and on a durable medium (by email), an acknowledgement of receipt stating the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it reached us.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is enough that you send the notice exercising the right of withdrawal before the period ends.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you asked for a service to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the share of the services already provided up to the time you tell us you are withdrawing from this contract, compared with the full service.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract to supply digital content not on a tangible medium once we have begun performance, after you expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period ends, you confirmed that you lose the right of withdrawal when performance begins, and we have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (section 356(6) of the German Civil Code (BGB), confirmation under section 312f BGB).

These conditions apply only together. If your consent to an early start, your confirmation that you lose the right of withdrawal when performance begins, or our confirmation of the contract on a durable medium under section 312f BGB is missing, the right does not expire.

What this means for contracts on Densory

A license, including a renewal and a FiveM script, is a contract for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. The right of withdrawal expires for it only under section 356(6) BGB, and only when both consents are in place and we have provided the confirmation under section 312f BGB. While any of them is missing, you may withdraw within the fourteen days. We then keep no part of the license price.

Hosting is a service over the paid term. Section 356(5) BGB applies. The right of withdrawal does not expire because hosting has started, since the service is fully performed only at the end of the term. If you asked us to begin before the period ends, you owe compensation under section 357a(2) BGB for the days already begun, including the day of withdrawal. We repay the rest of the price. After the fourteen days, the term you booked remains in place.

Credit you load is prepaid balance, not digital content. Within fourteen days you may withdraw the part you have not yet used. Used means anything that has since gone into a license or into hosting. There is no consent by which the right expires for unused credit.

Free trial and development licenses are not paid contracts. There is no right of withdrawal for them.
