Do I need coding skills to use Densory?
No — all settings are conveniently made via the visual web dashboard.
No, you don't need any coding skills to use Densory. All configuration of all Discord bots — protection modules, thresholds, log channels, verification settings, and more — is done exclusively through the intuitive web dashboard with one click, no bot commands and no need to touch config files. The Verify Studio for customizing the branding of your verification page also works fully visually with live preview. The only exception: With the FiveM logger, you have to place the resource once in your FiveM server folder and start it in the server.cfg — this is a simple one-time setup that does not require any programming experience. All other settings of the logger can then also be conveniently made in the dashboard.

Getting Started & Account
Create an account, log in, and use the dashboard
How do I create a Densory account?
Login via Discord login — no separate password required.
You can create a Densory account via the Discord login: Click on "Sign in with Discord " and authorize the OAuth connection — the very first time you log in, your account will be automatically created and immediately linked to your Discord account. There is no separate registration with e-mail and password, as Densory relies entirely on Discord-OAuth. After logging in, you have immediate access to the dashboard, can manage licenses and configure products. Since your account is tied directly to your Discord account, there is no need to remember another password — the login works on any device simply by Discord.
Step 1: Click to log in with Discord
Open the Densory dashboard and click on the Discord login button.
Step 2: Discord- Authorize OAuth
Discord asks for your consent — confirm the connection. You only share the necessary basic account data.
Step 3: Use the dashboard
Your account will be active immediately. You can now test, buy, and configure products.
- Always log in with the same Discord account — your licenses and purchases are tied to it.
- You can open the dashboard on any device: simply log in again via Discord login.
- No new password required — you can log in conveniently at any time via your existing Discord account.
Why can I only register with Discord?
Discord—OAuth is more secure than your own password — here's how it works.
Densory is all about Discord, so logging in by Discord-OAuth is the most consistent and secure way: you don't need to create or remember an additional password, and we don't store your own password for you. The connection runs through the official Discord OAuth protocol, which has established itself as the recognized standard for secure third-party logins. Since your licenses and servers are directly linked to your Discord account, the context is always consistent and access is clearly regulated. This way, your account is as secure as your Discord account — be sure to use two-factor authentication (2FA) directly with Discord.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your Discord settings to further protect your Densory access.
- Densory does not see or store your Discord password at any time.
- All licenses and purchases are tied to your Discord account — so keep it secure.
- No need for another password — reduced risk with password reuse
- Recognized OAuth protocol — secure standard for third-party logins
- Seamless linking: licenses & servers directly on the Discord account
- Login on any device without a password reset process
Will I be automatically added to the Densory-Discord?
When you log in for the first time, you can join the official community directly.
When you log in, you have the option to automatically join the official Densory Discord server — so you'll be part of the community right from the start. In addition, you will receive a welcome email with useful information to get started. Via the Densory-Discord server, you can get platform updates, ask questions and exchange ideas with other users. Joining is voluntary — you can of course use the dashboard in its entirety without a community membership.
- Platform updates and announcements of new features
- Community exchange with other Discord server operators
- Direct line to the Densory team for questions and feedback
How do I get my product after purchase?
License key and product are available in the dashboard immediately after purchase.
Immediately after your purchase, the license key is generated and is immediately visible in your Dashboard under your products — no waiting, no manual activation. In addition, you will receive an order email with the key as a backup copy. From the product card in the dashboard, you start the setup: you link your Discord server (or FiveM server), configure all the settings, and activate the desired modules — completely without bot commands or configuration files.
Step 1: Open Dashboard
Log in to the Dashboard — your new product will immediately appear there under "My Products".
Step 2: Link servers
Select the Discord server (or FiveM server) on which you want the product to be active.
Step 3: Configure settings
Set all modules and options to your liking — all with a click, no commands needed.
- The license key is permanently stored in the dashboard — you can view it there at any time.
- The order e-mail also contains the key as a practical backup copy.
- Never share your license key publicly — it's part of your account.
How do I change the language in the dashboard?
Choose from 29 languages — applies to dashboard, shop, and FAQ.
You can change the language via the language switcher, which you can reach at any time in the dashboard, shop and FAQ — select one of the 29 supported languages, the change applies immediately. The language setting affects the entire experience: the dashboard interface, shop, and this FAQ page are presented in the chosen language. This allows you to use Densory entirely in your preferred language, no matter what language your Discord account is set in. Of course, settings and licenses remain unaffected when changing languages.
- Densory supports 29 languages — from German and English to many other world languages.
- The language selection applies to dashboard, shop and FAQ at the same time.
- You can switch languages at any time — settings and licenses are unaffected.
How do I log out of the dashboard?
Log out via the profile menu — re-log in via Discord login.
You can log out at any time via the profile or account menu in the dashboard — clicking "log out" securely ends your active session. The next time you visit, you simply log in again via Discord login without having to enter a password. Your licenses, settings, and products will be fully retained — unsubscribing won't affect any running bots or active licenses. Logging out is recommended, especially on shared devices, to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
- Be sure to sign out of public or shared devices after using them.
- Your account will remain active until you sign out — otherwise other people on the device may have access.
- Running bots and active licenses are not interrupted by logging out.
Densory Security
Real-time protection: Anti-Nuke, Anti-Raid, phishing & AutoMod
What is Densory Security and what does it do?
Discord Security bot with Anti-Nuke, Anti-Raid, phishing filter & AutoMod
Densory Security is a powerful Discord security bot that protects your server around the clock in real-time. It detects dangerous mass actions (nukes) and stops them in seconds before irreversible damage occurs. The built-in Anti-Raid automatically blocks suspicious join waves, while the phishing filter filters out fraudulent links and scam URLs from messages. Add to that a fully customizable AutoMod with custom words and regex patterns, a sophisticated warning and escalation system, and detailed security logs — all conveniently configured from the dashboard without having to enter a single bot command.
- Anti-Nuke — stops mass deletions, mass bans, and dangerous admin actions
- Anti-Raid — detects suspicious join waves and new accounts, automatically quarantines them
- Phishing filter — blocks known scam domains and suspicious link patterns
- Custom AutoMod — custom words and regex rules with escalation levels
- Privilege Escalation Protection — monitors improper elevation of privilege
- Security logs — complete, traceable logging of all interventions
- Start with the 30-day free trial — no payment data required.
- Configure everything in the dashboard: activate protection modules, set log channel, done.
- Combine Densory Security with Densory Verify for maximum protection against raids and fake accounts.
How does the Anti-Nuke protect against a compromised admin?
Automatic protection for mass actions – even with admin accounts taken over
Densory Security's Anti-Nuke protection continuously monitors all security-related actions on your server and triggers when a conspicuous number of channels or roles are deleted, mass bans or kicks are performed, or other dangerous mass actions are performed within a short time window. As soon as a configurable threshold is crossed, the bot automatically intervenes: it can deprive the perpetrator of the roles, kick him or even ban him — and this even before the attack escalates further. This protection is particularly valuable if an admin account has been compromised, because even a high-privilege account is stopped as soon as it acts unusually. Trusted roles or people can be specifically excluded from the checks so that legitimate admins do not trigger false alarms.
- Automatically withdraw rolls (when thresholds are exceeded)
- Kick a suspicious account
- Ban a suspicious account
- All actions logged in the security logs
- Create a dedicated 'Trusted Admin' role and exempt it from the Anti-Nuke checks.
- Don't set thresholds too low — Bulk actions by legitimate management can otherwise generate false positives.
- Check the security logs regularly to get a feel for your server's normal activity level.
How do Densory Security stop a raid?
Detect suspicious join waves, quarantine & filter new accounts
Densory Security's Anti-Raid protection detects coordinated attacks where an unusually large number of accounts join the server in a short period of time and automatically interrupts the raid before it escalates. Suspicious new members — especially very newly created accounts — are immediately placed in a quarantine role, preventing them from gaining access to channels. You can configure a minimum account age below which joins will be automatically blocked or quarantined. The quarantine period can be limited in time, after which a defined completion action (e.g. kick) is executed. This will stop raids before they cause spam, damage, or chaos in your channels.
- Set minimum account age — accounts that are too young will be handled automatically
- Configure quarantine role — new suspicious joins without channel access
- Limit quarantine duration — with automatic completion action (e.g. kick)
- Join threshold adjustable per time window — for sensitive or aggressive detection
- The bot role must be above all the roles it is supposed to manage in the Discord role hierarchy — otherwise it cannot assign quarantine roles.
- Test the settings with a test account before you go live.
Does phishing protection also detect new scam links?
Domain blocklists & regex patterns filter known and new scam URLs
Densory Security's phishing protection works on two levels: it checks every URL sent against an actively maintained blocklist of known phishing and scam domains, and it analyzes suspicious patterns via regex to detect newly registered or still unknown fraudster URLs. Messages containing a detected scam link are automatically removed before members can click on them. Custom domains or patterns can be added at any time via the dashboard, so you can tailor the protection list to your community-specific risks. This protects you not only against known waves of attacks, but also against tailored scams that specifically target your community.
- Domain blocklist — known phishing and scam domains are automatically blocked
- Regex pattern recognition — detects suspicious link structures and new scam variants
- Custom blocklist — own domains and patterns can be added
- Automatic removal — detected messages are deleted immediately
- No filter immediately detects every conceivable new scam URL — add your own patterns for community-specific risks.
- For optimal protection, combine the phishing filter with the warning system: In the case of repeat offenders, the escalation takes effect automatically.
Can I create my own AutoMod rules with words and regex?
Custom word filters & regex rules with exceptions and automatic strikes
Yes, the custom AutoMod of Densory Security allows you to create your own filter rules from any words, phrases or regular expressions (regex). Each rule can be limited to certain channels or roles, or specifically excluded from certain areas — for example, to exclude staff chats from the filter. Violations are recorded as strikes in the warning system and automatically trigger corresponding actions depending on the configured escalation level. In addition, you can also manage the native Discord AutoMod via the dashboard, so you can control both systems centrally from one interface.
- Define your own words and phrases as triggers
- Regular expressions (regex) for complex patterns
- Specifically exclude channels and roles (whitelist)
- Automatic strike allocation in case of violation
- Native Discord-AutoMod also controllable via the dashboard
- Use regex for variations of a forbidden term (e.g., with spaces or special characters in between) that would bypass simple word filters.
- Test regex patterns beforehand with an online tool to avoid unexpected misses.
- Combine AutoMod strikes with a moderate escalation (e.g. timeout after 3 strikes) before tougher measures take effect.
How does the warning and escalation system work?
Collect strikes – automatic actions at escalation levels (timeout, kick, ban)
Densory Security's warning system collects all of a member's rule violations as strikes and links them to a configurable escalation ladder. You determine for yourself from which number of strikes which action is automatically triggered: for example, timeout at 3 strikes, kick at 5 strikes and ban at 10 strikes. Every step is logged in the security logs, so you can always understand why a member has received which consequence. The system ensures that rule violations are handled consistently and consistently, without the need for moderator manual intervention — while protecting your server from repeat offenders.
Step 1: Define stages
Open the Security Dashboard and navigate to the Alert System. Determine which action is triggered at which strike number.
3 Strikes → Timeout, 5 Strikes → Kick, 10 Strikes → BanStep 2: Link strike sources
Link AutoMod rules, Anti-Raid violations, and manual warnings to the strike counter.
Step 3: Set Log Channel
Choose a dedicated security log channel so that every action is transparently documented.
- Start with moderate thresholds — a one-time violation should rarely lead directly to a kick.
- Use timeouts as the first stage so that members have a chance to improve.
- Check security logs regularly to identify patterns and adjust escalation if necessary.
What does the protection against rights escalation do?
Monitors improper elevation of privilege and prevents incremental elevation
Densory Security's Privilege Escalation Protection continuously monitors all role and privilege changes on your server and kicks in when suspicious elevations of privileges occur. Attackers often try to gain more and more rights through small, barely noticeable steps — for example, by a compromised moderator account gradually giving itself admin permissions. In the event of inadmissible elevation of privileges, the bot can automatically intervene and undo the change or sanction the perpetrator. All detected incidents are logged seamlessly in the security logs, so that you can trace the chain of events at any time.
- Prohibited role assignments (dangerous permissions by unauthorized persons)
- Changes to role permissions that add sensitive rights
- Incremental privilege elevation across multiple actions
- All incidents logged in the security logs
- Privilege escalation protection is only as strong as the correct role hierarchy on your server — structure your roles carefully.
- Place the bot role high up in the hierarchy so that it can actually monitor and undo other people's role changes.
Does Densory Security have its own verification — and what is Densory Verify for?
Basic verification in security vs. full-fledged OAuth onboarding with Densory Verify
Densory Security includes built-in basic verification as part of its protection package — it serves to set a simple protection mechanism when joining the server. Densory Verify, on the other hand, is the specialized, standalone verification product with a significantly expanded range of functions: It offers a fully branded verify page with its own slug and colors, Discord OAuth verification via your own Discord application, captcha, VPN and Tor detection, alt account filter, account age check, automatic language roles, and mass pull for already verified members. If you need a professional onboarding experience with branding and multi-layered anti-abuse, Densory Verify is the right choice — basic verification in Security is just a complementary protection component.
- Security: Basic verification as a protection component (no branding, no own slug)
- Densory Verify: Custom branded verify page with slug, colors, CSS
- Densory Verify: VPN/Tor detection, Alt filter, Captcha, Account age
- Densory Verify: Automatic Voice Roles by Discord Language
- Densory Verify: Mass pull for already verified members
- For maximum protection, combine both products: Densory Security protects ongoing operations, Densory Verify secures onboarding.
- Both products are free to try for 30 and 30 days respectively — try the combination before you decide.
Do I need to enter bot commands for Densory Security?
Complete configuration in the dashboard – not a single bot command required
No, you don't need bot commands for Densory Security. You can set up all protection modules, thresholds, exceptions, escalation levels and log channels conveniently via the Densory dashboard with one click — without having to enter a single line of text in Discord. This makes the configuration clear, comprehensible and customizable at any time, even if you want to change settings later. The only thing you should pay attention to when setting up the bot is the correct placement of the bot role in your role hierarchy — it needs to be above the roles you want the bot to manage and protect.
- Invite the bot to the server and connect it to your server in the dashboard
- Place the bot role in Discord over the roles you want to protect
- Activate the license and configure protection modules in the dashboard — done
- Start your 30-day free trial — the basic configuration usually only takes a few minutes.
- Use tutorial videos directly in the dashboard if you are unsure about individual settings.

Densory Verify
OAuth verification with your own branding & anti-abuse
What is Densory Verify and how do members verify themselves?

What protection against bots and fake accounts does Verify offer?
Multi-layered anti-abuse filter: VPN, captcha, alt detection & account age
Densory Verify relies on a multi-layered anti-abuse approach that reliably defends against bots, disposable accounts and multiple registrations. VPN and Tor detection blocks connections via anonymizing services, which are often used for abusive mass logins. The Alt Account and Blocklist filter detects known problem accounts and prevents them from joining, while a configurable account age check ensures that only Discord accounts above a certain minimum age are granted access. In addition, you can activate a captcha that excludes fully automated bot logins in no time at all. All protection levels can be individually combined and turned on or off in the dashboard — so you can adjust the level of protection exactly to the needs of your community.
- VPN & Tor detection: blocks anonymizing tunnels
- Alt Account Filter: detects and blocks known fake accounts
- Blocklist filter: blocked accounts do not get access
- Account age check: Minimum age for Discord account configurable
- Captcha: prevents fully automated mass logins
- All protection levels can be switched on/off individually in the dashboard
- For maximum security, we recommend enabling VPN Detection + Captcha + Account Age Check together.
- Communities with sensitive content should leave the alt account filter permanently enabled.
- You can adjust protection levels at any time without restarting — changes take effect immediately.
Can I customize the Verify page to match my own branding?
Custom slug, colors, banners & CSS in Verify Studio — with live preview
Yes, Densory Verify offers Verify Studio, a complete visual editor that allows you to visually customize your community's verification page. You can set your own slug (e.g. your server name) for the URL, set primary and background colors, upload a banner image and even include your own CSS if necessary to control the design down to the last detail. A built-in live preview shows you all changes in real time before they become visible to members — no guessing, no saving, and no reloading. This way, your verification page is not a generic form, but a seamless part of your community's presence. You manage the entire branding configuration centrally in the Densory dashboard, without any code knowledge.
- Custom URL slug (e.g. /verify/your-server-name)
- Individual primary and background colours
- Upload banner image
- Custom CSS for full design control
- Live preview in the editor — changes visible immediately
- No programming knowledge required
- Use the same colors and logo as on your Discord server for a cohesive overall look.
- An attractive banner with the server logo increases trustworthiness in the verification process.
- Your own slug makes the Verify URL memorable and shareable (e.g. in welcome messages).
What are voice roles in Densory Verify?
Automatic Discord voice roles by member locale — without manual reporting
Densory Verify's Voice Roles feature automatically assigns each member a role that corresponds to their language (locale) set in Discord — without any manual reporting or custom commands. During OAuth verification, Densory Verify reads the member's Discord language and immediately assigns the language role configured in the dashboard. In the dashboard, you determine which Discord language corresponds to which role on your server, and can thus create as many language assignments as you like. As a result, your community is automatically structured by language, making language-specific channels, announcements, and support much easier. Voice roles are a feature of Densory Verify and go far beyond simple basic verification.
- Discord language (locale) is automatically read out when OAuth login
- Affiliation is immediately stored as a role on the server
- Any number of language-to-role assignments can be configured in the dashboard
- No manual reporting, no bot commands for members
- Ideal for multilingual communities with language-specific channels
- Create language-specific channels and use voice roles to automatically control access.
- Combine voice roles with the Mass Pull feature to take the language assignment directly with you when you move servers.
- The assignment takes effect the moment the member verifies himself — no subsequent assignment necessary.
Can I bring verified members to another server (mass pull)?
Mass-Pull pulls already verified members to a target server with OAuth consent
Yes, Densory Verify offers a mass pull feature that allows you to invite already verified members who have given you valid OAuth consent to another server. This is especially useful if you're moving your Discord server or building a second server and don't want to completely reinvite your community. The mass pull uses only existing OAuth authorizations — members who have not given their consent or have revoked it will not be pulled. The function is available directly in the Dashboard and can be executed with just a few clicks. This saves you considerable effort on server start-ups or migrations and allows you to seamlessly take your community with you.
- Active license for Densory Verify on the source server
- Members must have given valid OAuth consent
- Own Discord application (client ID, secret, bot token) stored in the dashboard
- Target server must be linked to the license in the dashboard
- Only members with validly granted OAuth consent will be drawn — no circumvention of consent possible.
- Revoked or expired authorizations are automatically skipped.
- Make sure that the use of the mass pull complies with the Discord terms of use.
Do I need my own Discord app for Densory Verify?
Own Discord application required — verification runs under your own branding
Yes, for Densory Verify you need your own Discord application, as the OAuth2 verification should be done under your own bot and branding — so members will see your bot name, icon, and app during the login process, not a generic Densory bot. In the Densory dashboard, you enter your client ID, client secret, and bot token once; all values are stored encrypted and are not visible to anyone in plain text afterwards. An Discord application can be created free of charge under discord.com/developers and can be set up in a few minutes — the exact process is described in the dashboard. Once your app is stored, the entire verification process is completely under your branding and control.
Step 1: Go to the Developer Portal
Log in to discord.com/developers and create a new application.
Step 2: Enter OAuth2 redirect URL
Enter the redirect URL specified by Densory Verify in the OAuth2 settings of your application.
Step 3: Activate Bot
In your application, activate the bot area and copy the bot token.
Step 4: Store in the dashboard
Enter your client ID, client secret, and bot token in the Densory dashboard — all values are stored encrypted.
- Never share your bot token publicly — it gives complete access to your bot.
- Densory stores all sensitive values encrypted; they can no longer be retrieved in plain text after saving.
- If you regenerate the token, you will need to update it in the dashboard.

Densory Backups
Automatic Channel Backup & Restore
What backs Densory Backups up and how often?
Fully automatic backup of text and forum channels at your own pace.
Densory Backups archives your text and forum channels fully automatically in the background — without any manual effort. Not only the messages themselves are secured, but also all attachments, embeds, forum threads and associated metadata, so that nothing is lost. You decide for yourself at what rhythm the backup runs: hourly, daily or weekly — depending on how important it is to you to be up to date. Each backup created appears as a searchable snapshot in the dashboard, so you can access a specific status at any time.
- Messages with full content and metadata
- Attachments & Files
- Embeds
- Complete forum threads incl. metadata
- Active communities with a lot of traffic: hourly backup recommended
- Medium servers: daily is usually enough and saves resources
- Archive channels with infrequent write operation: weekly is sufficient
- You can adjust the rhythm in the dashboard at any time
How do I restore a backup?
Select the snapshot in the dashboard and restore it to the target channel with a click.
Restoring a backup with Densory Backups is fully integrated into the dashboard — you don't need bot commands or technical knowledge. Simply select the desired snapshot, set the target channel, and start the restore with a click. After each automatically created backup, you'll also receive a compact summary as an embed in your configured log channel, so you're always in the picture of what was last backed up. This way, you can quickly and reliably return your channels in an emergency — whether after an accidental deletion or an attack.
Step 1: Select Snapshot
Open Densory Backups in the dashboard and select the desired snapshot from the list.
Step 2: Set the target channel
Determine which channel to restore the backup content to.
Step 3: Start Restore
Click to start the restore — progress is visible in the dashboard.
- Set up a dedicated log channel to get an automatic summary as an embed after each backup
- So you can see at a glance what was backed up and when — even without actively checking
Can I restore a backup to another server?
Cross-Server Restore allows you to move your community archive.
Yes, Densory Backups fully supports cross-server restore. So you can restore a backed-up channel archive not only to the original server, but also to a completely different Discord server — ideal if you're moving your community or building a second server. Particularly valuable: The original author names of the messages are faithfully preserved during the restore, so that the restored channel looks identical to the original in terms of content. This makes Densory Backups a real relocation tool for grown Discord communities.
- Server relocation: take the entire channel archive with you to the new server
- Secondary server: Mirror content to a backup or test server
- True-to-the-original author names are retained
- Make sure that Densory Backups is also active and configured on the target server
- Perform a manual snapshot just before the move to back up the most up-to-date
What exactly is stored in a backup?
Messages, attachments, embeds, forum threads — as a searchable, exportable snapshot.
A backup of Densory Backups is much more than a pure text backup: messages with full content and metadata, all attachments and uploaded files, embeds and complete forum threads are stored. Every saved backup is a searchable snapshot — so you can not only restore, but also search for old channel content without restoring it first. In addition, each snapshot can be exported as a ZIP archive if you need a local copy or an offline archive export. With this, Densory Backups provides complete, multi-level data protection for your Discord channels.
- Messages with content, timestamps, and author metadata
- Attachments & Uploaded Files (Attachments)
- Embeds (link previews, bot embeds, etc.)
- Forum threads complete incl. replies and metadata
- Searchable snapshot in the dashboard
- ZIP export available for local archiving
- Use the search function in the dashboard directly on the snapshot — so you can find old content without touching the live channel
- The ZIP export is suitable for external archiving or local offline copies

Densory Logger (FiveM)
FiveM-Discord logging for ESX & QBCore
Is the Densory Logger a Discord bot or a FiveM script?
No Discord bot — a Lua resource directly on your FiveM server.
Densory Logger is a FiveM script — more precisely, a Lua resource that you put on your own FiveM server and start there. In contrast to the Densory Discord bots, the logger does not run on a third-party server, but directly in your FiveM server environment and thus has full access to all server events. However, you can easily control the entire configuration — which events should be logged, which Discord channels, which colors and embed texts — via the Densory dashboard, without having to dig around in Lua files. This gives you the flexibility of a native FiveM resource combined with the convenience of a modern web interface.
- Type: FiveM script (Lua-Resource) — not a Discord bot
- Runs on your own FiveM server
- Configuration entirely from the Densory dashboard
- No managed hosting available — you stay in full control
- Since the logger runs as a resource on your server, it has direct access to all FiveM events — no detours, no latencies.
- You can activate or deactivate it at any time via 'ensure densory-logger' in the server.cfg.
- The dashboard allows live changes without FiveM server restart.
How do I install the Densory Logger on my FiveM server?
Insert the resource, enter the license in the server.cfg, connect in the dashboard.
The installation of the Densory Logger takes place in three manageable steps and does not require any programming knowledge. You download the resource ZIP from the dashboard, unzip it into your FiveM-resources folder and enter the ensure command and your license key in the server.cfg — the exact convar notation is included in the download ZIP as instructions. Then connect your FiveM server in the Densory dashboard and activate the events you want to log after Discord. From this moment on, the logger is running, and all further adjustments (channels, colors, events) can be made live in the dashboard — without touching the server again.
Step 1: Insert Resource
Unzip the downloaded ZIP into your FiveM-resources folder.
ensure densory-loggerTrage 'ensure densory-logger' in deine server.cfg ein.Step 2: Deposit License
Enter your license key as a convar in the server.cfg according to the enclosed instructions.
Die genaue Schreibweise der Convar findest du in der README der Download-ZIP.Step 3: Connect in the dashboard & activate events
Link your FiveM server in the Densory dashboard and select which events to log by Discord.
Danach gehen alle Konfigurationsänderungen per Live-Sync auf deinen Server — kein Neustart nötig.- Make sure that the resource is named correctly (densory-logger), as the ensure command must match exactly.
- The convar notation for the license key must not differ — follow the enclosed instructions carefully.
What FiveM frameworks does the Densory Logger support?
Deep ESX and QBCore integration with automatic framework detection.
Densory Logger provides deep, native integration for the two most widely used FiveM frameworks: ESX and QBCore. Framework-specific events such as money transactions, inventory changes, job changes and garage usage are automatically detected and neatly processed in Discord embeds — without manual mapping. The framework is automatically detected (auto-detect) at server startup, so you don't have to manually configure which one you're using. If you run a server without ESX or QBCore, all standard FiveM server events are reliably logged, so that the logger can be used in any server environment.
- ESX — full integration: money, inventory, jobs, garages, and more
- QBCore — full integration: money, inventory, jobs, garages, and more
- No framework — standard FiveM events are automatically logged
- Auto-Detect: the framework is automatically detected at server startup
- With Auto-Detect, you don't have to set anything manually in most cases — the logger finds your framework on its own.
- ESX and QBCore events provide significantly more context (player names, amounts, items) than pure standard events.
- Even if the framework is changed, the logger automatically recognizes the new environment after a reboot.
What events can the Densory Logger log after Discord?
Over 60 FiveM server events as clear Discord embeds — individually controllable.
Densory Logger can send over 60 different FiveM server events to your channels as tidy Discord embeds. The spectrum ranges from player joins and disconnects to chat messages, battles, vehicle actions and resource events to economic transactions, performance metrics and admin actions. Each individual event can be activated or deactivated separately in the dashboard, so you can control exactly how much or how little is logged — a sensible selection of the most important events is already pre-configured so you can get started right away. The embeds are neatly formatted with all relevant contextual information (player name, value, timestamp), which significantly increases the overview in Discord.
- Players: Joins, Disconnects, Spawns, Deaths
- Economy: Money transactions, inventory changes (ESX/QBCore)
- Vehicles: Spawn, Parking, Damage
- Chat: Messages, Commands, Admin Chat
- Resources: Starts, Stops, Errors
- Admin Actions: Kicks, Bans, Teleports
- Performance: Server ticks, resource utilization
- Over 60 events in total — each can be switched individually
- Create multiple log channels in Discord (e.g., #joins, #economy, #admin) and assign different event groups to each channel — this keeps track of things.
- At first, only activate the events you really need — too many logs in a channel will make it harder to keep track of them.
- Performance events work well for a dedicated #server-status channel that only admins see.
Do I need to restart the FiveM server if I change settings?
No — changes in the dashboard are applied immediately via live sync.
When Densory Logger, you don't have to restart your FiveM server when you change settings in the dashboard. All customizations — whether activated events, target Discord webhooks, embed colors or log texts — are transferred directly to the running server via live sync and take effect within seconds. Not only does this save time, but it also means that you don't have to interrupt server operations for your players to optimize your logging configuration. This Live Sync capability applies to all configuration options of the dashboard — only replacing the resource files themselves (e.g. after an update) requires a restart.
- Enable or disable events
- Change Discord webhook targets
- Customize embed colors and text
- Reconfiguring Log Channel Assignments
- All dashboard settings — without rebooting
- If you update the resource files yourself (e.g. after updating to a new version), a 'restart densory-logger' is required.
- Changes to the server.cfg (e.g., license key convar) do not take effect until a server reboots.
Is the Densory Logger hosted by Densory or do I host it myself?
You host it yourself — it runs as a resource on your own FiveM server.
When Densory Logger, you always host yourself: the Lua resource runs on your own FiveM server, not on the Densory infrastructure. This is the fundamental difference from Densory's Discord bots (Security, Verify, Backups), for which optional managed hosting is available. There's no managed hosting for the logger — that's the nature of a FiveM script that needs direct access to your server context. However, you can still use the dashboard in its entirety for the entire configuration: select events, store webhooks, design embeds — all via the familiar interface while the resource is running on your server.
- Densory Logger — runs on your FiveM server, no Densory hosting available
- Densory Security — optional managed hosting starting at €3.99/month
- Densory Verify — optional managed hosting starting at €1.99/month
- Densory Backups — optional managed hosting starting at €2.99/month
- Since the logger runs directly on your FiveM server, you have full control and no additional hosting costs.
- You can deactivate the resource at any time without having to contact Densory.
- The dashboard configuration is fully available to you, regardless of the hosting model.
Can I log my own scripts with the Densory Logger after Discord?
Yes — the Custom Log API sends logs from your own scripts with a clean embed format.
Densory Logger provides a custom log API that allows you to send logs to Discord from your own FiveM scripts — with the same clean embed appearance as all built-in events. This is especially useful if you have proprietary scripts or self-developed features that you also want to document seamlessly. You simply call the API from your Lua code, pass in the information you want, and the logger sends it to the configured channel as a formatted Discord embed. This creates a central, uniform logging system for your entire FiveM server — whether standard event, framework event or your own script.
- Send logs from any of your own FiveM scripts to Discord
- Uniform embed appearance like all native logger events
- Ideal for proprietary scripts, custom jobs, own economies
- Log custom job actions (e.g., drug cultivation, bank robbery) directly from your own scripts.
- Monitor proprietary economies or shop transactions with the same clarity as native events.
- Use the API for admin tools or debug logging while developing new features.
How much does the Densory Logger cost?
Six terms from the cheapest weekly license to lifetime — no hosting surcharge.
Densory Logger is available from €1.99 and comes in six different terms — from one week to a lifetime license (one-time payment, no expiration). Longer terms are much cheaper in proportion, and our most popular package is the 6 Monate term. Before you buy, you can try Densory Logger 30 days completely free of charge — no payment details, no risk. Since the logger runs on your own FiveM server, there is no hosting surcharge: you only pay for the license itself. All current prices and terms can be found at any time in the Shop.
- From €1.99 — shortest duration (1 week)
- Bestseller: 6 Monate
- Lifetime: €54.99 — one-time, without expiration
- 30 -day free trial
- Runs on your own FiveM server (no hosting)
- Start with the free 30-day trial to try out all the features on your server.
- The lifetime license is particularly worthwhile for established servers that plan for the long term — pay once, use permanently.
- Since there is no hosting surcharge, the total cost of the logger is particularly attractive compared to the Discord bots.

License Key, Activation, Free Trial, Terms & Renewal
How do I get my license key after purchase?
Immediate activation: keys directly in the dashboard & by e-mail
Once your purchase or free trial is confirmed, your license key is instantly generated and unlocked — there's no waiting time. You can find your key directly in the Dashboard under your products as well as in the order email you receive after purchase. Digital products at Densory are always ready for immediate use, regardless of the time or weekend. If you haven't received the email, please also check your spam folder — the key is stored in the dashboard in any case.
- Open Dashboard → "My Products" section Click → License
- Check the order e-mail in the inbox (possibly also spam)
- Keep keys safe — it's part of your account
What does a Densory license key look like?
Readable format with prefix, number, letters, and date
Each Densory license key follows a fixed, readable format that makes it instantly recognizable: it always begins with the prefix DENSORY, followed by a sequential number, a block of eight letters, and the date of issue. This structured format makes it easy to distinguish real keys from fakes. Keep your license key safe — it's tied to your account and required to activate your product. Never share it publicly or with third parties you don't fully trust.
- Never share license keys publicly (e.g., on Discord or in screenshots)
- If you lose it, you can always find the key in the Dashboard
- The key is tied to your account — transfer to other accounts is not intended
DENSORY-000001234-ABCDEFGH-210626- Example format of a Densory license key (prefix · Number · 8 letters · Date)How do I activate my license?
Connect your license to your server in the dashboard — in just a few clicks
Activating your Densory license is straightforward and only takes a few seconds. For Discord bots (Security, Verify, Backups), select the desired Discord server in the Dashboard and link it to your license — the bot is then immediately ready for use. With the FiveM script (Densory Logger), the license is connected to your FiveM server when the server is started by entering the key in the server.cfg according to the instructions provided. Once enabled, you can make all the settings directly in the dashboard without having to edit bot commands or configuration files.
Step 1: Open Dashboard
Log in to the Dashboard and navigate to "My Products".
Step 2: Select Server
Discord Bot: Select Discord server and link it. FiveM logger: Store the license key in the server.cfg according to the enclosed instructions.
Step 3: Ready to configure
After activation, you can easily adjust all settings in the Dashboard — no bot commands necessary.
Can I use a license on multiple servers at the same time?
A license is tied to exactly one server
A Densory license is always intended for exactly one server and is bound to it accordingly. If you want to run your product on multiple Discord servers or FiveM servers at the same time, you'll need a separate license for each server. This ensures that each server receives full performance and that quality does not suffer due to shared resources. If you have any special requirements or are unsure whether your use case is covered by a single license, our support team will be happy to help you.
- A license cannot be active on multiple servers at the same time
- Purchase a separate license for each server in the Shop
- For special cases or questions, contact support
Can I move my license to a new server?
Rebind possible: Transfer license to new Discord or FiveM server
Yes, you can move your existing license to a new server — the process is called a rebind. For Discord bots, simply change the connected Discord server in the Dashboard. The FiveM logger can also reset the hardware or server binding, so you can reuse the key on another server. Important: The license will always remain in your account and cannot be transferred to another Densory account. If you need support with the move, support will help you.
What happens when my license expires?
Function paused, settings remain — simply extend
When your term license expires, the functionality of the respective product is automatically paused — your bot or FiveM script then no longer responds to events and no longer actively protects or logs. Don't worry: all your settings and configurations will be completely preserved. Once you renew your license or purchase a new term, everything picks up right where you left off — you don't have to set anything up again. Lifetime licenses never expire and do not require renewal.
How do I renew my license?
Renewal via credit in the dashboard or new purchase in the shop
You can easily renew your Densory license in two ways: Either directly in the Dashboard using your existing credit — this can be done with just a few clicks and the product remains active without interruption. Alternatively, simply purchase a new term for the same product in the Shop and it will be credited seamlessly. An early renewal before expiration ensures that your Discord server or FiveM server is continuously protected or actively logged. Credit in the dashboard can be topped up at any time and makes renewals even faster.
Do I have an expiration date on a lifetime license?
No — Lifetime means pay once, use it permanently
No, a lifetime license does not have an expiration date. You pay once and can use the product for an unlimited period of time — without monthly costs, without renewals and without losing your license at some point. All future updates and improvements to the product are automatically included in the Lifetime License, so you'll always stay up to date in the long run. For all those who want to use their product permanently, the lifetime option is the cheapest choice in the long term compared to repeated term purchases.
- One-time payment — no subscription, no expiration
- Updates included — always up to date
- The cheapest option in the long term compared to multiple renewals
- Continues to run fully automatically without you having to do anything
Where do I see all my licenses and their status?
Central overview of all licenses with status in the dashboard

You can see at a glance which products are currently running, which are about to expire and which are still in the free trial phase. How long does the test take and how often can I use it?
Test phase runs once per product for the full duration of the test
The free trial period runs for 30 days and gives you full access to the tested product. You can use the trial once per product — if you've already started it for a product, it won't be available again for that product. However, different products can be tested independently of each other: For example, you can try Densory Security, Densory Verify and Densory Backups separately and one after the other. This gives you the opportunity to get to know all the products and find the best combination for your community.
- Trial duration: 30 days per product
- Can be used once per product (non-repeatable)
- Each of the live products can be tested separately
- Full range of functions during the test phase
What are the terms?

Hosting
Managed hosting: keep your bot running around the clock
What is managed hosting at Densory?
Your bot runs 24/7 on Densory infrastructure — no need for its own server.
Managed hosting at Densory means that your purchased Discord bot runs around the clock on the Densory infrastructure — without the need for your own server or VPS. You optionally book hosting as an add-on to your product license and then control your bot via a live console directly in the dashboard. This completely eliminates the technical effort for server operation, updates and restart management. You can see if your bot is running at any time by looking at the status indicator in the dashboard console — all in one place, uncomplicated and professional.
- No need for your own server or VPS
- Bot runs 24/7 on Densory infrastructure
- Live console in the dashboard: Start, Stop, Restart
- Status indicator shows bot health in real-time
- Console edition can be viewed live
- You can also host the bot yourself at any time and still use the dashboard for configuration — managed hosting is not mandatory.
For which products is hosting available and what does it cost?
Hosting is available for all three Discord bots — on a daily basis, billed fairly.
Managed hosting is available for the Discord bots Densory Security, Densory Verify, and Densory Backups. The monthly hosting prices are: Densory Verify from €1.99/month, Densory Backups from €2.99/month, and Densory Security from €3.99/month. Hosting is prorated on a daily basis from the Densory balance — so you only pay for the days it's active. There is no managed hosting for the Densory Logger, as it runs as a FiveM script on your own FiveM server.
- Densory Security — from €3.99/month
- Densory Verify — from €1.99/month
- Densory Backups — from €2.99/month
- Densory Logger — no hosting (runs on your FiveM server)
- The hosting is debited from the credit on a daily basis — pro rata to the monthly price. You pay exactly for the days that hosting is active.
How do I enable hosting for my bot?
Activate hosting with a click in the dashboard — credit is debited on a daily basis.
You can activate managed hosting directly in the dashboard via the settings dialog of the respective product card. As soon as you turn on the hosting, the fee will be deducted from your Densory credit on a pro rata basis. From that moment on, your bot runs on the Densory infrastructure — without you having to run your own server. The bot's configuration remains fully controllable from the dashboard, whether you're using managed hosting or self-hosting.
Step 1: Open Dashboard
Log in to the Dashboard and navigate to the desired product.
Step 2: Open Settings
Click on the Product Card's Settings dialog.
Step 3: Turn on hosting
Activate managed hosting — the credit will now be debited on a daily basis and your bot will start on the Densory infrastructure.
- Sufficient Densory credit available in the account
- Active license for the desired product
- Product connected to your Discord server in the dashboard
Can I start, stop, and restart my hosted bot myself?
Complete control over start, stop and restart via live console in the dashboard.
Yes, you have complete control over your hosted bot at all times. In the dashboard, you have a live console where you can start, stop, or restart the bot — with a simple click. A status indicator shows you directly whether the bot is currently running or not. In addition, the console output of your bot can be viewed live, so you can immediately identify and fix possible problems. This transparency and direct controllability makes managed hosting a full-fledged alternative to Densory's own server operation.
- Start: Start the bot manually
- Stop: End bot in an orderly manner
- Restart: Restart the bot without leaving the dashboard
- Status indicator: shows if bot is running or stopped
- Live Output: Console log can be viewed in real time
How do I renew or cancel my hosting?
Renew or cancel hosting at any time in the dashboard — license remains unaffected.
The hosting can be conveniently extended or cancelled at any time in the dashboard — without any deadlines or minimum term. If you cancel the hosting, it will continue to run until the end of the already paid period and then stop automatically. Your product license will remain completely unaffected by the hosting cancellation: settings, configuration, and all license data will be retained, and you can reactivate hosting at any time. Billing on a daily basis ensures that you never pay more than necessary.
- After termination, the hosting runs until the end of the day that has already been paid for — after which the bot stops.
- The license itself is not affected by the hosting cancellation.
- You can re-enable hosting at any time without having to set anything up.
Do I need to buy hosting to use the bot?
No — Hosting is completely optional and not mandatory.
Managed hosting is completely optional for Densory — you don't need it to use your bot. If you already have your own server or VPS, you can easily self-host the bot and still use the Densory dashboard to its full extent. Managed hosting is merely a convenience add-on that saves you from having to run your own server. Your license, your settings and all dashboard functions are available to you without restriction in both cases.
- Self-hosting: own server/VPS, full control, dashboard can be used for configuration
- Managed hosting: Bot runs on Densory infrastructure, no need for a dedicated server
- Both options: full dashboard, all features, same configuration options
- If you don't have your own server or don't want any technical effort, managed hosting is the easiest choice — bookable on a daily basis from €1.99/month (depending on the product).
Can I self-host the bot and still use the dashboard?
Yes — self-hosting and dashboard usage are not mutually exclusive.
Yes, self-hosting and using the Densory dashboard are not mutually exclusive at all. Whether you're running your bot on your own server or using Densory's managed hosting, the entire configuration is always done via the dashboard. In both cases, you have full access to all settings, logs and features. Self-hosting gives you maximum control over your infrastructure, while the dashboard does the simple, centralized management — a sensible combination for tech-savvy server operators.
- Full configuration of all bot settings
- Access to logs and statistics
- License management and status overview
- Share and import settings
- All features — whether self-hosted or managed hosting

Where can I find tutorials or help videos?
Contextual help hints and tutorial videos directly in the dashboard.
Densory has embedded contextual help hints and tutorial videos directly in many places in the dashboard that appear exactly at the settings you are currently editing. So you don't have to search through external documentation, but get the right explanation exactly when you need it. The tutorials will guide you step by step through setting up and configuring the products so that you can get started quickly and confidently. If there's a tutorial video for a setting, you'll find it right next to the corresponding option in the dashboard.
- Contextual help hints right next to the respective dashboard settings
- Tutorial videos on the products and their configuration
- Step-by-step setup and configuration instructions
How do I share a product's settings with someone else?
Share product settings as a snapshot or code – no duplicate setup.
You can share your product settings with other people as a snapshot or as a copyable code. The recipient can apply this code to their own license and thus get the same configuration without having to manually set everything up again. This saves time and ensures that configurations are applied consistently. Important: The shared code contains only the configuration, not credentials such as bot tokens or license keys.
- Share settings with friends or co-admins who run similar servers
- Create and reuse your own configuration templates
- When moving to a new server, export the existing configuration as code and re-import it
Is there confidential data in a shared setting code?
Shared setting codes do not contain any access data – share securely.
No – a shared settings code contains only your configuration settings, but no sensitive credentials such as bot tokens or license keys. These sensitive values are automatically filtered out when sharing and are not shared. So you can share your settings code with other people without hesitation. The recipient can apply the configuration to his own license, but always remains dependent on his own credentials.
- Included: all configuration settings (modules, thresholds, channel assignments, etc.)
- NOT included: Bot tokens, license keys, or other credentials
- Confidential values are automatically filtered out when sharing
How do I manage my email notifications?
Control email notifications in the settings or via the unsubscribe link.
You have full control over which emails you receive from Densory at all times. In the account settings in the dashboard, you can specify which events you want to be notified about by email. Alternatively, you can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email to unsubscribe directly from certain notifications. This way you keep your inbox clean and only receive the information that is really relevant to you.
- Settings in the dashboard: Go to the account section and adjust notification preferences
- Unsubscribe link: at the bottom of each email for quick unsubscribing of individual notification types
Privacy & Security
Data protection, GDPR and security of your data
Is Densory GDPR compliant?
German platform, GDPR-compliant operation & complete legal documentation.
Yes, Densory is a German platform and works according to German law and the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Privacy policy, terms and conditions and imprint can be accessed at any time via the legal area of the website — all details can be found under Privacy Policy. Personal data is processed exclusively for the performance of a contract or on the basis of your explicit consent. As a user, you have the right to information, correction and deletion of your data according to the GDPR — support or the contact named in the privacy policy will help you with this. We focus on transparency: What is stored, why and for how long is fully documented.
- Operation according to German law & GDPR
- Privacy Policy can be viewed at any time at Privacy Policy
- Terms and conditions and imprint in the website footer
- Personal data is only processed for a specific purpose and lawfully

What data does Densory store about me?
What user data is collected and what happens to it.
Densory stores the necessary Discord profile data for your account, which is transmitted when you log in OAuth(e.g. user ID, username), as well as your licenses and purchase or transaction history. This data is required for the operation of the dashboard and the provision of the purchased products. All purposes, storage periods and legal bases are fully documented in the privacy policy under Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties — it is only passed on to services that are technically necessary for operation.
- Discord profile data from the OAuth login (ID, username)
- Licenses & Activated Products
- Purchase & Transaction History
- Support ticket communication
- No passwords — login only via Discord-OAuth
- We don't sell your data
- Disclosure to third parties only within the legally permissible framework
- Complete list of purposes and recipients in the privacy policy
Does Densory save my password?
No password storage — login completely via Discord-OAuth.
No, Densory does not save your password. The entire login process runs through Discord-OAuth — you only enter your access data directly to Discord, not to Densory. We do not see or store your Discord password at any time. Not only is this method more secure than having your own password system, but it also means you don't have to remember another password. The security of your Discord account is up to you and Discord alone — it's best to activate two-factor authentication in your Discord account.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your Discord account
- Densory never sees or stores your Discord password
- The OAuth login is the safest and most convenient login procedure
How do Densory protect my tokens and keys?
Encrypted storage of sensitive assets such as bot tokens & API keys.
Sensitive access data such as bot tokens and API keys are stored encrypted at Densory and cannot be viewed by anyone in plain text. These values are used solely to run the specific product and are never revealed in logs, support tickets, or shared settings snapshots. When you share product settings with other users, sensitive values are automatically filtered out — so you only share the configuration, not your credentials. Densory license keys are also tied to your account and should be kept safe.
- Bot tokens: stored in encrypted form, not visible in plain text
- API Keys & Secrets: also encrypted
- License key: tied to your account
- When sharing settings: confidential values are not given
- Keep your license key safe — it's part of your account
- Never manually share your tokens in chats or tickets
- If misuse is suspected: contact support immediately
How can I request information about my data or its deletion?
GDPR rights to access & erasure — here's how to exercise them.
You can exercise your GDPR rights of access, correction and deletion at any time. To do this, contact Densory support in the dashboard or use the contact address listed in the privacy policy under Privacy Policy — there you will find the responsible data protection contact. Densory Verify customers also have access to GDPR self-service tools that allow them to manage the data of their own server members and delete it upon request. Requests will be processed according to the legal deadlines. Account deletion or comprehensive data deletion is also carried out via support or data protection contact.
Step 1: Read Privacy Policy
Find out about your rights and the responsible contact under Privacy Policy.
Step 2: Make an inquiry
Open a support ticket in the dashboard or use the contact mentioned in the privacy policy.
Step 3: Wait for processing
Densory handles GDPR requests within the deadlines required by law.
- Densory Verify customers have their own GDPR tools for member data
- Deletion of member data possible on request directly from the dashboard
Do Densory use an AI chat — and does my data go abroad?
Optional consent-based AI assistant with third-country reference.
Densory offers an optional AI chat assistant based on a third-party service. Since this provider may be based outside the EU, it is possible that your input may be processed in a third country. The use of the AI chat is explicitly based on consent — you decide for yourself whether to activate it. No data will be transmitted to the AI service without your consent. Complete information about the provider and data processing can be found in the privacy policy at Privacy Policy.
- The AI chat uses an external provider, which may be located outside the EU
- Data transfer only with your explicit consent
- Consent can be revoked at any time
- Details about the provider and data processing in the privacy policy

What cookies does Densory set and can I control it?
Necessary cookies for operation, others only with your consent.
Densory only sets the technically necessary cookies for the operation of the platform — e.g. for session management after the Discord login. Cookies that go beyond this (e.g. for tracking or analysis) are only set with your explicit consent, which you control via the cookie or consent notice when you first visit the website. You can adjust or revoke your consent at any time. All cookie categories, providers and storage periods used are fully documented in the privacy policy under Privacy Policy.
- Necessary cookies: always active (session, login state)

Which third parties does Densory share data with?
Data disclosure only to operationally necessary processors, fully documented.
Densory only shares data with third-party service providers that are technically necessary for the operation of the platform — these include, for example, Discord (for the OAuth login), payment providers for the processing of purchases (e.g. PayPal), e-mail services for order and system messages, and translation services. The complete and up-to-date list of all processors, including registered office and purpose, can be found in the privacy policy under Privacy Policy. Data is only passed on within the legally permissible framework — no more is transmitted than is necessary for the respective service. We do not sell user data.
- Discord — OAuth Login & Server Link
- Payment Providers — Checkout (e.g., PayPal, Crypto Gateways)
- Email Services — Order & System Messages
- Translation services — multilingual content
- Full list: Privacy Policy
- No sharing with ad networks
- No sale of user data
- Disclosure only services that are strictly necessary for operation
Do I see planned maintenance and disruptions?
Maintenance & operating instructions as banners directly in the dashboard and shop.
Planned maintenance and important operational information are displayed directly in the dashboard and shop as prominent notification banners, so you are always informed before you want to configure or buy something. This way, you won't miss any relevant notes about platform work or temporary restrictions. Since the notification takes place directly in the platform, we recommend that you first look at the dashboard in case of unexpected problems to see if there is a current notice. For further questions, support is available via the dashboard.
- First look at the dashboard — active maintenance banners are visible there
- No external status portal necessary — notifications appear directly in the platform
- If you have persistent issues: Open the support ticket in the dashboard
Where can I find the privacy policy, terms and conditions and imprint?
All legal documents accessible at any time in the website footer.
All legal documents of Densory can be accessed at any time via the footer of the website: the privacy policy under Privacy Policy, the general terms and conditions under Terms and the imprint under Imprint. These documents contain complete information about the operator, data protection, contract conditions and your rights as a user. As a German company, we are legally obliged to publish all these documents and keep them up to date at all times. If you have any questions about a legal document, please contact support or use the contact details provided in the imprint.

Developer & Team
For developers and team members who build their own Densory products
What is the Densory Developer Portal?
The working environment in which developers build their own Densory products, submit them and accompany them through to release.
The Developer Portal is the workplace of the Densory development team. There you create your own product — a Discord bot or a FiveM script — download a fully set up project workspace, develop locally, and resubmit new versions as a ZIP. Once uploaded, the rest of the chain runs automatically or via the Densory team: first automatic checks, then a review by a senior developer, then publication by Product Management. You don't have to worry about build servers, delivery, license checking, hosting, or translations — the platform takes care of that. The portal is part of the dashboard and only visible to team members with a developer role.
- Framework, license check and update delivery are already built in
- Automatic checks catch errors before a customer sees them
- Your settings are generated from a schema — you don't build your own dashboard
- Translation into all supported languages is done centrally via Densory
- Hosting, delivery and customer notification happen without your intervention
How do I become a developer at Densory?
Via a support ticket in the "Application" category — the developer role is always assigned by a human.
Densory is actively looking for developers and team members to build their own products and help advance the project. The way to get there is currently via a normal support ticket: open the support area in the dashboard, create a new ticket and select "Application" as the category. In it, briefly describe what you have built so far, what you prefer to work with (Discord bots, FiveM scripts or both) and how much time you would like to contribute. We will get back to you in the same ticket. The developer role cannot be unlocked by yourself — it is always assigned by a team member after we have talked to each other. A separate, automated application process is planned; until then, the ticket is the official way.
Step 1: Open Support
Log in to the Dashboard and switch to the support area.
Step 2: New ticket with category "Application"
Select the "Application" category when creating — this way your message will go directly to the right people.
Step 3: Tell us about yourself
Previous projects, preferred technology (Discord bot or FiveM script), available time and how we can reach you on Discord.
Step 4: Feedback in the ticket
We'll respond in the same ticket. If it fits, we'll set up your developer role and the developer portal will appear in your dashboard.
- Links to code you've written yourself — scope is less important than cleanliness
- Experience with discord.js or with Lua and ESX/QBCore
- An honest assessment of how much time you can put in regularly
- We clarify conditions and cooperation individually in a conversation
What requirements do I need as a developer?
Solid basics in JavaScript or Lua, a Discord account and the willingness to stick to the review process.
For Discord bots, you work in JavaScript on Node.js with discord.js; for FiveM scripts in Lua with the ESX and QBCore frameworks. You don't need any experience with our framework — the downloaded project workspace comes with a connection, sample code, and instructions in your dashboard language. More important than prior knowledge is that you commit to a fixed process: each version goes through automatic reviews and a review, and you incorporate change requests from the review before publishing. Your development environment is your own computer; for Discord bots, you create your own Discord application for testing.
- Discord bots: JavaScript and Node.js, ideally experience with discord.js
- FiveM scripts: Lua as well as basic knowledge of ESX or QBCore
- A Discord account — the login and team communication run through it
- For bot tests, create your own Discord application (bot token) on your test server
- Willingness to incorporate review notes instead of working past the process
How does the development of a product work?
Seven stations: Downloading, editing, uploading, checks, review, release, live.
The process is the same for each product and can be seen as progress in the portal at all times. You create a product, download the project workspace, develop locally against your developer license and upload the finished project folder as a ZIP — together with a changelog. After that, the platform takes over: automatic checks generate a test build, a senior developer reviews the submission, and product management publishes it. Only with the release do customer emails go out, hosted bots update themselves automatically and your changelog becomes public. Important to know: "Released" does not yet mean "live" — it means that the submission is waiting for the release.
Step 1: Download
You get the editable project workspace including framework connection and instructions from the portal.
Step 2: Editing
You develop locally. Commands, events and tasks are loaded via folder scan; settings are described in a config scheme.
Step 3: Upload
You pack the complete project folder as a ZIP and submit it with changelog.
Step 4: Checks
Automatic checks run and generate a test build. Takes a few minutes, you don't have to do anything.
Step 5: Review
A senior developer reviews and decides: approve, request changes, or reject them.
Step 6: Release
Product Management publishes the version. This is the step that reaches customers.
Step 7: Live
Customers are notified, hosted bots update, the changelog becomes public.
- The ZIP must not exceed 25 MB in size and must not exceed 100 MB when unzipped
- Individual files maximum 10 MB, total maximum 2000 entries
- Maximum of five submissions per developer per day
- node_modules, database files and the framework folder do not belong in the ZIP
- For multilingual texts, you only maintain the German branch — everything else Densory translates centrally and overwrites it at release
What is automatically checked when submitting a submission?
From product identifiers to prohibited functions to test builds in a sealed environment.
Each submission goes through a fixed series of automatic checks before the human review. Among other things, it checks whether the product identifier matches the submission, whether your work status is based on the current framework version, whether only allowed dependencies are used in suitable versions, whether prohibited functions appear in the code, whether the product starts correctly in a test environment and whether an executable test build can be created from it. In FiveM scripts, the check of the resource manifest, the Lua syntax, forbidden Lua functions and a preliminary test of the security are added. Your code never runs in the Densory backend, but in isolation under your own user with limited rights. If a check fails, you get the result displayed in the portal, fix it locally and upload a new version.
- SKU matching — the product identifier matches the product
- Framework and basic up-to-dateness — you build on the current state
- Dependency policy — only allowed dependencies, in the correct version
- Forbidden APIs — no locked functions in the code
- Loading test in the sandbox — the product starts without errors
- Config schema matching — the dashboard settings are captured
- Test build — a runnable draft is created
- FiveM only: fxmanifest check, Lua syntax, forbidden Lua APIs, obfuscation preflight
Who reviews my submission and who publishes it?
The review is done by senior developers, and published exclusively by product management.
After the automatic checks, your submission ends up in a queue that is processed by age — the oldest first. A senior developer looks at the submitted source code and changes and decides: approve, request changes, or reject. If changes are requested, you'll get a note with what needs to be adjusted, and then upload a new version. A rejection isn't an exclusion — you can submit a new version at any time. The actual release is done exclusively by Product Management. If you've proven to be reliable over a long period of time, you can be set to the "Trusted" level of trust, which eliminates the need for human review — except for the very first submission of a product. The automatic reviews are always running, even for Trusted developers.
- "Released" means that the submission is waiting for the release — not yet live
- Questions about the review run as a comment thread directly at the submission
- If you upload a new version while an older version is still open, the older one will be overhauled
- If the older version was already released, this release expires and the new version is checked again
What developer roles are there at Densory?
Three levels — Junior Developer, Developer and Senior Developer — plus product management for releases.
The development team is structured in three levels: Junior Developer, Developer and Senior Developer. All three have access to the developer portal and can create, develop and submit their own products. Senior developers also check the submissions of the others, manage product assignments and set the trust level. The publication is up to Product Management. Roles are always assigned by a team member with team management authorization — there is no self-assignment and no application button. The role in the dashboard includes a suitable Discord role, which is automatically set. If you are starting out, you usually start as a junior developer; promotion is discussed in the team.
- Junior Developer, Developer, Senior Developer — create, develop, submit your own products
- Senior Developer — additional review, product assignments, and trust level
- Product Management — in addition to the release, i.e. the release to customers
- Without a developer role, the developer portal is not visible
As a developer, can I publish my own products in the shop?
Yes — you develop them in the portal, they are published after review and approval by Densory.
Yes. That's exactly what the Developer Portal is for: you create your own product, choose the type (Discord bot or FiveM script) and develop it under your own name as a product ID. Without a lead role, you can have up to three of your own products in development at the same time; IDs starting with "densory-" are reserved for the official products. Until release, the product remains in the "In Development" status and is invisible to customers. After testing, reviewing and releasing, it is delivered via the same infrastructure as any other Densory product — with license checking, automatic updates, optional hosting and dashboard settings. As far as cooperation and conditions are concerned, we talk individually; just write to us in the application ticket.
- Up to three of your own products in development at the same time (without lead role)
- Product identifiers consist of lowercase letters and hyphens, without numbers
- The prefix "densory-" is reserved for official products
- Products under development are not visible to customers
- Multiple developers can work together on a product
