With Densory Backups, you can automatically back up important channel histories, messages, and attachments. If necessary, you can restore them with a click.

What secures Densory Backups

The bot archives your text and forum channels fully automatically. You don't have to initiate anything manually. Messages, attachments, embeds, forum threads and associated metadata are backed up.

Each backup appears as a searchable snapshot in the dashboard. You can search through old channel content without restoring it first. If you need a local copy, export each snapshot as a ZIP archive.

The ZIP export contains the metadata of your backup. This gives you an offline copy that you keep independently of the dashboard.

Rhythm and control in the dashboard

You determine how often the backup runs: hourly, daily or weekly. You can configure channels, interval and rhythm centrally in the dashboard. You don't need bot commands for this.

Moving to another server

Densory Backups fully supports the cross-server restore. So you can also restore a channel archive to another Discord server. This helps with community migration or building a second server.

The original author names of the messages are faithfully retained during the restore. The restored channel thus appears identical to the original in terms of content.

The cross-server import turns the backup into a migration tool for grown communities. You take your archive with you instead of leaving it behind.

Summary in the Log Channel

After each automatically created backup, you will receive a compact summary as an embed. It ends up in your configured log channel. This way you can see what was last backed up.

The Discord summary informs you directly in Discord. You don't have to open the dashboard to check the latest status.
